• Provides a message of HOPE - who doesn’t need that?

    • Offers people a chance to let the barriers down, and build friendships with others and Jesus.

    • ​For everyone, no matter where they are in their faith. Friends are welcome to attend together!  

    • Alpha has eleven weekly sessions which include a meal shared together, a short video, and small group discussion where people share thoughts.

    • The weekly topics are designed to encourage conversation. No question is out of bounds and people are free to discuss as much or as little as they wish.

    • At any point, if anyone feels Alpha is not for them, that's not a problem. There is NO pressure. If participants have to miss a session during the series, they can view the missed video before the next session.

  • The next sessions at St. Wenceslaus are:

    • Tuesdays 9-11 AM, starting February 4, 2025

    • Saturdays 9-11 AM, beginning February 8, 2025

  • There is NO charge to participate in Alpha.

  • A series of interactive sessions that help guests explore the meaning of life, revealing that Christianity can be every bit as relevant to life today as it was over 2,000 years ago.

  • Discussions in a friendly, open, and informal environment.

  • A journey that often leads to a personal encounter with Jesus Christ. It enables people to ask their questions, share ideas, build friendships, and experience the love of God through the power of the Holy Spirit.
